back/biceps/shoulders + massage .. owch

I can count on one hand the number of massages I’ve had in the last 10 years & still have fingers left over.  Went in today for 30 minutes of deep tissue work on back and quads.  _O-man that hurt.  I hope it does some good; I’m not really sure how its supposed to help, but if pain inflicted is part of the equation, it had to have done something.
